Late and Cancellation Fees

Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice or being more than 15 minutes late (including missing the appointment) will be charged a fee of $150. This is not billed to insurance and is the responsibility of the client to pay.

If you are more than 5 minutes late, there may be an additional $15 late fee.

I understand that there may be circumstances out of your control, which we can discuss on a case-by-case basis.
