Rates will be determined on an individual basis.
Late and Cancellation Fees
Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice or being more than 15 minutes late (including missing the appointment) will be charged a fee of $150. This is not billed to insurance and is the responsibility of the client to pay.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, there may be a $15 late fee.
I understand that there may be circumstances out of your control, which we can discuss on a case-by-case basis.

Good Faith Estimate:
Under the law, patients who are not using insurance to pay for medical or mental health services have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” document confirming the expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
