Sliding Scale

I offer a limited number of sliding scale rate slots to allow for more access to care. These rates are based on an honor system and conversation about individualized circumstances that determine affordability along with a commitment towards respect and accountability to ourselves and each other.

I really like the The Green Bottle sliding scale model created by Alexis J. Cunningfolk (linked here).

For those who are interested in accessing sliding scale rates, I ask that you fully read the linked article/post and then select the “sliding scale” option on my contact form.

An infographic titled 'The Green Bottle: Where You Fall on the Sliding Scale' showing three green bottles representing levels of financial privilege, from high to low. The left bottle indicates financial stability and independence, the middle shows some debt but basic needs met, and the right depicts financial hardship and inability to afford basic needs. The x-axis measures personal financial experience, from high privilege to low privilege.
